Andrew France's Story has been told in the Sunday Telegraph. There is a also a comment piece by Alasdair Palmer in support of the campaign to sustain article 5, 9 and 13 (and particularly I suppose 5) of the Bill of Rights.
The link is in Russian about the imprisonment of Norman Scarth who is actually 85. He has a complex history including a court hearing which found that he used a chainsaw to fight off bailiffs when he was 75. [a court judgment which is disputed see comments] However, that does not justify imprisoning him for 6 months for recording a court hearing (see the link and ask google to translate it if your Russian is not up to it).
It has got into the Argyll News
Because he has been held such that people cannot get to him to sign paperwork an application for a writ of Habeas Corpus was made today. This has been adjourned until next week.
The English judicial system is really not good at responding to major abuses of human rights by the judicial system.

In addition, you have worked with true dedication to try to rectify the injustices the France Family have been subjected to. I read Chris Booker’s column “religiously“and I have followed this case in particular quite closely. With that I must say No words can possibly begin to describe the satisfaction I got when I proceeded to read your web log on my browser
. CoincidentallyI had just that moment finished reading Chris’ article, , which was written with meticulous diplomacy , as usual, and methodically edited in a futile attempt to ensure none of the “Gagging orders” had been violated.
As you can imagine, after reading the "blurb" from your addressing Parliament, the accidental juxtaposition, from the sequence in my reading, made for a great start in my day!
it could not have been planned better.
I see the plethora of work you both commit yourselves to; and not forgetting, of course, our friend Ian! From Chris' "cyber wars" with the Minister getting more intense each time he foolishly attempts to hoodwink the journalist with "not-so smooth" talking ; to your proverbial legal "slap" in the faces of those whom have abused their authority, I could not get better viewing on Channel 4!
Keep up your great work! You are a valuable MP.
I understand you had contacted my local MP in Mid-January (is). I had not heard from him, nor was I able contact him during the alleged Surgeries. I have seriously thought we no longer had an MP, until I received a flyer through my door for the Locals!
You, on the other hand, have a great following [As with Christopher and Ian]
All the best,
Michelle
