Family Justice Review

Unsurprisingly, for a panel dominated by people who run the family justice system and without representation from those who go through it, the Family Justice Review has essentially defended the status quo with a few cost saving tweaks.

It is disgraceful.Parents against injuctice were told there was no room for them. I wonder if family rights group were there. they get money from government and have people from ss working with them.what can be done? It seems nobody cares about the families involved with ss.Lincoln ss have won an award for meeting adoption targets. they won an award 6 years ago when they tried to steal my child -young,attractive,cute intelligent and talented. the type adopters would love and they knew it. After 6 years of being with me he has excelled in sport being picked for football team and athletics team. Has ability to be chosen for centre of excellence,does well in school.Now if the Guardian had gone along with ss lies he wouldnt have had the good life with his natural mother. Theres other parents that I ma concerned about that they have lost their children through injustice in this area,.Its shocking,

I was also going to add people think adoption is a positive thing.They think the children are either unwanted,abused or neglected. It never occurs there could be injustice or family could have stayed together with support.

He has a complex history including a court hearing which found that he used a chainsaw to fight off bailiffs when he was 75. It has got into the Argyll News Because he has been held such that people cannot get to him to sign paperwork an application for a writ of Habeas Corpus was made today. This has been adjourned until next week. The English judicial system is really not good at responding to major abuses of human rights by the judicial system.
