Planning Nonsense

On one hand the government are undermining the checks and balances inherent in our system and developing a system in which decisions are taken improperly.

However, on the other hand we now have a situation where if any councillor expresses a view about a planning application that they cannot vote when it comes to the planning committee about that application.

It is all part of undermining the democratic process.
