Times letter about judges undermining rule of law

The link is to my letter about the judge failing to give a written judgment. The story appeared in the Sunday Telegraph on Sunday. I was in touch with one of the people who are due a missing judgment yesterday and it still had not arrived.

It is no different from the way you operate Mr Hemming. I believe your associations are as follows
1. A ex prisoner
2. Those who have been found guilty of contempt of court
3. Those who have stolen from others, copied and returned material

Isn't it true that these are the people whose causes you chase. Moreover, it is rather rich that you criticises judges when you cannot get your own facts straight on basic physiology
