There is clearly some good news in that the government have responded to New Clauses 8 and 9 with something.
If we can get family court proceedings reported then we should be able to get something done about the corruption in the system. The challenge, of course, is to ensure that it is reported.
Hence I intend to ensure that a Family Law Reporter media outlet starts business. This will ensure that the stories the judges don't want to get told are told as well as those that the judges want told.

Britain’s most senior family judge backs the reforms today in an interview with The Times. Sir Mark Potter, President of the Family Division, favours opening to the media all care cases involving the removal of children from home other than for adoption, a highly sensitive area that ministers and judges agree is a special case.
so they are saying that adoption cases still wont be scrutinsed by the media!
Surely that is the most punitive and detrimental thing that can happen to a family. So we still have to fight on!!
