Jessica Randall - the culture of cover up

The link is to an article in The Telegraph about the death of a baby in Northampton. As usual the local "safeguarding committee" conclude that there was nothing that could be done.

At least Ofsted are not part of the complacent cover-up consensus.

Whenever there is a serious case review, there is always a cover up.

If you look at the safeguarding board, they always seem to consist of people who have worked or have connections with the local authority.

Most of the child deaths reviews come to the conclusion that there is nothing the LA could have done.

It is laughable.Maybe we could list all of the child deaths and list the quotes where the deaths could not have been foreseen.

Also there were 2 referrals to Social Services about this child,so clearly something could have been done if they did their job properly.
