Victoria Ward's Case

The link is to the story of the Ward family in Cambridgeshire. They were unusual in that they managed to win their case. What normally happens when totally innocent parents get trapped in the system is that they lose their children.

The current procedures relating to families in the United Kingdom are inherently flawed in that there is no legislative control over the assessing bodies in the system.

Far too much discretionary power is being wielded with a duel sting in the tail in the form of excessive state control over methods of parenting.

Having nearly lost my son myself, I believe the government need to expose the Family Division and make it accountable to the people.
