He has a complex history including a court hearing which found that he used a chainsaw to fight off bailiffs when he was 75. This frenzied desire CAFCASS seems to have for habitually recommending psychological testing is a worrying side-effect of a set of procedures that have no structure and no legitimate or medical basis. How can the government allow social workers to diagnose or make recommendations of this nature without any proper medical training whatsoever?
