International Criminal Court Act, the CAA and the Munitions Flights

It is clear that

a) The munitions being flown to Israel are being used against civilian targets and in contravention of Article 8.2 of the Statute of the International Criminal Court.

b) Actions ancilliary to such war crimes are in contravention of Section 52 of the UK International Criminal Court Act 2001.

c) Allowing flights to pass through UK airspace is arguably part of (as in ancillary to) such acts.

I have made this point to the Civil Aviation Authority. It does appear from a reading of the statutes that anyone assisting those flights is subject to prosecution under the 2001 Act.

There's also a story filtering through this evening (I don't necessarily believe everything on IndyMedia though) that aircraft apparently with Hebrew markings on it has called in at Brize Norton today.

Trudiagnostic have changed the way they handle the Rejuvenation Olympics Leaderboard algorithm. The result of this initially was that I was globally no 40 and have now dropped to 44. Trudiagnostic are a US company that get samples of blood and they look at the DNA to see which parts of the DNA have methyl groups (CH3) attached to them. These modifications to DNA are called methylation markers. DunedinPACE is an algorithm which uses DNA methylation markers in white blood cells to work out how quickly or slowly someone is aging. I had three results on this. The odd thing about the results was that whilst my epigenetic age calculated from the same methylation markers was going down, the speed at which I was aging was going up. I find this somewhat counterintuitive.
