This just goes further to highlight that the decision to place children into foster care should be taken out of the hands of just a single judge, juries sit on the case of many horrific cases of crime, when parents are facing the same dilema of loosing their children what chance do they have if a single judge takes the side of the Authorities and doesn't even make reference to the parents actual abilities to parent, this is something that is a must now in the rights to justice, it will also eliminate the balance of probabilities, no evodence is put forward to prove guilt towards parents but family judges use probabilities all too often.
