Contra Mundum

The link is to the case reported today which has kept something so secret that there is a Contra Mundum order.

I do not think this will have any effect in the USA which is a big part of the world.

An issue relating to this case that is important to me is that it had only one side represented.

Dear Sir

I believe the actions of the Judiciary in the case of injunctions is a bad move backwards to protect the rich and famous. It is under such conditions of secrecy that corruption grows and flourishes as I have observed living in the developing world.
Furthermore Judge Eady's ruling cannot (and should not )be enforced abroad. It therefore degrades respect for the law by making it seem an ass.

I urge you to continue the fight and expose as much as possible in the Commons.

Good luck!

Thank god, your sharp mind stands up to the fudging of lawyers and judges!

They need to learn about proper generalisations and proper distinctions between who is to be protected: criminals or victims, child snatchers or children, the rich and famous or their lovers...
