An interesting question of priorities

I find it a bit odd that four people saw fit to highlight a tweet that I ate a ham and coleslaw baguette from Greggs in Birmingham. Whereas Only two people retweeted the fact that a journalist had been banned from the UK to prevent her from writing about things.

C'est la vie.

Its all about Priorities, they were just making sure it wasn't a pasty, as for twitter cannot use the thing, too much to say in such a short use of characters, I like to go on and on and on. anyways hope the sarnie was worth the tweet!!

Greggs is a campaigning British high street institution. A bit like Wetherspoons but without the alcohol and with a better success rate.

NHS reorganisation No 3,493,233

Followers of my blog will have seen the NHS question about how many reorganisations have we had. We've yet another. The number of PCTs (Primary Care Trusts) nationally is to halve. This means merging East and North. (and then probably HoB and south). It would be nice if people would stick with one structure. The web link shown goes through the derivation which appears to be more linked to an anonymous British Soldier WW2 than any Roman or Greek General called by a name perming 2 out of (Gaius, Galus, Petronius and Arbiter).
